About Us
Mackay Convention Bureau (MCB) is an operating unit within Mackay Tourism Ltd. We provide free advice and act as the essential first point of contact for anyone planning a conference, convention or event in Mackay. From venue information, bid assistance, famils, to securing and managing delegate accommodation and pre/post touring.
We are funded by our two hundred and fifty member businesses and services who can provide everything from venues, accommodation, transport, recreational ideas, sourcing a unique product, delegate boosting and incentive ideas for meetings and events, large or small.
Mackay Convention Bureau will be delighted to prepare and present competitive bids to win meetings and events, provide free advice, great ideas and introduction, then work with the organisers to promote and maximise attendance.
