This Health and Lifestyle Expo attracts stall holders from around the state that promote healthy, natural products that are good for ourselves and our environment. Many local artists of all types from musicians to fibre art to sculpture also gather to showcase their many talents There are also many stalls aimed at fostering community wellness and awareness in an effort to increase connectivity in their community. The Health and Lifestyle Expo has been and continues to be a free community event.
