Mackay will host the 2017 NRL pre-season trial match featuring the 2015 premiers North Qld Toyota Cowboys versus Sydney Roosters at BB Print Stadium. The last pre-season trial match played in Mackay was back in 2015 when the Cowboys played the Brisbane Broncos and later went on to win their maiden Premiership for the club. For fans of either team this would be a great opportunity to see their favourite players , with the teams only meeting once during the NRL season in Round 21 in Sydney. 4.45pm QCCS Mackay Cutters v NYC Cowboys 6.55pm MRC Mayor Greg Williamson Welcome 7.00pm NQ Toyota Cowboys v Sydney Roosters Buses will leave from MECC: Starting at 3.45pm and will return after the game this is included in your ticket price.
