What to do next?
1. Download the Membership Application Form below.
2. Contact MTL to clarify your membership level and fee.
3. Complete, sign and return the application form, ensuring all your details are correct.
4. Make payment to MTL as per the Membership Application Form.
5. After receipt of payment, you will receive your 'Welcome Kit' including membership decal sticker, certificate, MTL contact list, welcome letter and detailed information guide.
