PIONEER VALLEY

This category is for Pioneer Valley and Eungella businesses wishing to display brochures and obtain bookings from Melba House Visitor Information Centre only. This membership level has been created to unite and promote tourism growth within the Pioneer Valley and Eungella region. 

ISAAC REGION

This category is designed for Isaac zoned regional businesses (businesses that are within the Isaac council boundaries). This membership level has been created to unite and mobilise the tourism, hospitality and associated industries into a cohesive force for tourism growth.

BRONZE 

This category is for private individuals and charitable/not-for-profit organisations keen to support and remain abreast of tourism affairs in our region. 

SILVER 

Designed for small or out of region businesses, wishing to limit their promotion to the 40,000 or so visitors who arrive annually at our Visitor Information Centres. Also for local businesses that provide support services to tourism and hospitality operators and see the value that tourism growth provides.

GOLD 

Recommended for active tourism, hospitality and associated businesses requiring their products and services to be promoted economically to intending visitors, media, trade and the travel industry. Gold membership provides a fantastic range of promotional opportunities to suit all product types and budgets year-round. A major benefits to Gold members is access to the Mackay Convention Bureau (MCB). The MCB provide professional advice and support to organisers to stage successful meetings, conferences and events in our region, and endeavour to achieve the best possible outcomes for customers and member businesses. The Mackay Convention Bureau also distributes the Convention Leads Calendar quarterly to Gold members as a marketing tool to capitalise on the events that are already confirmed in our region.

PLATINUM 

These membership levels provide special one-on-one, strategic relationships and tailored benefits for major public and private-sector organisations driving and supporting the growth of tourism to our region.
