Mackay comes alive with agriculture, produce, local exhibitors and the famous side show alley for three exciting days in June. Its a celebration of all things Mackay and fun for all. Art on Show is a great display of Australia Wide Artists and Fashion on Show showcases many local designers and businesses over the three days. Why not try your hand at entering their competitions such as horticulture, craft and home economics. The pavilion also has many stall holders of local and international items and the food stalls have something for everybody. There is always something happening on the ring with showjumping and ring events to sit and watch throughout the day. Entertainment is aplenty with local performers, whip cracking or the famous fireworks of an evening. The kids will have plenty of fun on rides for all ages from the little boats to the famous dodgem cars and then don't forget the showbags on your way around. The Mackay Show is not to be missed from the toddlers to the elderly and caters for everybody. Celebrate the region and its show together.
