Celebrate Australia Day by joining the annual Halftide/Salonikia vs. Louisa Creek/Timberlands cricket match. The match will be held at the Hector Sports Ground, Louisa Creek. Sign on starts at 9am. Play starts at 9.30 am. A AUD2 donation is payable for players to participate. Raffles will be held on the day, all money raised will be donated to the RACQ CQ Rescue helicopter service. Adults and children are invited to play cricket or spectate. Where ever you live, celebrate this community event by meeting new friends or catching up with old ones. Drinks and sausage sizzle are available on the day. The courtesy bus from Hay Point Hotel will run from the Grounds to the Hotel after the match (approximately 12pm).
