This event provides an opportunity for community members to engage with over 100 clubs, sporting groups and community providers across the region, all in one place. A great chance to discuss the benefits of sport and to find a club that suits every member of the family. There will be demonstrations from various sports throughout the day, along with some come-and-try activities.
