Major tourism forum to be held in Mackay in October

Mackay will be the location for this year’s DestinationQ Forum, where tourism industry leaders and representatives will join together for Queensland’s largest annual tourism forum.

Interested participants have until tomorrow, Friday 9 September, to register for the event. The DestinationQ forum will explore ways to grow Queensland’s booming tourism economy.

The discussions will be framed around five topics: transport and connectivity; workforce skills and quality; digital experiences; leveraging and optimising events; and infrastructure and investment.

Advancing Tourism 2016-20 will also be released at the Forum.
Registrations are limited for the DestinationQ Forum. To register interest in attending, visit www.destq.com.au
